MARRIAGE LICENSE INFORMATION

· FEE: $ 28.00 CASH ONLY!

· Both Applicants must be present to apply and present a drivers license or photo I.D. for Identification.

· Original signature is required on application.

· If either party has been divorce, applicant must present a Certified Copy of their Divorce Decree.

· There is a three (3) day waiting period after which either applicant can pick up the Marriage license or have an additional party do so.

· License is valid for 60 days from license date and applicants must marry within the State of Pennsylvania.

· No Blood test is required.

PASSPORTS FEES

Routine Service (Form DS-11) receipt within 6 weeks - Fees are non-refundable

Children	$82.00	Under 16 Years of Age

Routine Service (Form DS-82) - Passport Renewal receipt within 6 weeks - Fees are non-refundable

Passport Renewal by Mail (Customer Submits) Fee: $ 67.00

You may qualify to use this form only if:

1. Issue date of your last passport was less than 15 years ago

2. You were 16 or older when it was issued

3. Your name is the same or you can submit name-change documentation

(Marriage certificate or court order)

4. You can submit this passport; and

5. It is undamaged

Add $ 60.00 per application and 2-way overnight delivery - Expedite fee does not include
