The Pike County Industrial and Commercial Development Authority is incorporated for the purpose of promoting Pike County for industrial and commercial development, expansion and location, and other such action as may be required to achieve those ends, which include but are in no way limited to the following, to acquire, manage, market, sell and otherwise administer real estate for the furtherance of industrial, commercial, and economic growth in the County of Pike; to act as the local vehicle for industrial and commercial development authority loans and in so doing, requiring load applicants to comply with Pike County Industrial and Commercial Development Authority requirements; to acquire funds, the purpose of which is to further and facilitate the industrial, commercial, and economic growth in Pike County, Pennsylvania.
