While maintaining the traditional Sheriff's services this office will continue to expand services in a ever changing world. The most important mission is based on mutual respect and responsibility shared by all the citizens and agencies it serves. Above all protecting the rights and privileges of all persons.

- Member Drug Task Force
- Member N.E. Terrorist Task Force For Homeland Security
- Concealed Carry Permits for Pistols

All meetings are held in the Commissioners Meeting Room located at 506 Broad Street in Milford at 11:00 AM.

Sheriff Fee Schedule
Please be advised that our office has made a few changes to our policy in regards to service. We are now requiring two checks:
1 made payable to the Pike County Sheriff
1 made payable to the Surcharge Account
These changes will take effect immediately
$200.00 Deposit payable to Sheriff Pike County
$10.00 per def/posting payable to Surcharge Account
1 Copy for each defendant to be served
1 Copy for Sheriff Office file
Appropriate Fees
1 Sheriff Return * for each defendant to be served typed or printed clearly
IF WE CANNOT READ THEM, EVERYTHING WILL BE RETURNED
Self addressed stamped envelope for return
$500.00 Deposit payable to Sheriff Pike County
$10.00 per def/posting/levy payable to SurchargeAccount
5 Copies of Writ
Sheriff Return * for each defendant, 1 for the Levy, Garnishee (if required) typed or printed clearly
IF WE CANNOT READ THEM, EVERYTHING WILL BE RETURNED
Correct Amount of Interrogatories for each Garnishee (if required)
Appropriate Fees
Self addressed stamped envelope for return
$2000.00 Deposit payable to Sheriff Pike County
$10.00 per def/posting/levy payable to Surcharge Account
6 Copies of Writ of Execution (Need per diem for interest on writ as well)
1 Copy Notice of Sale (Leave date blank, we will fill in once we get it)
Please put all defendants names on the same notice.
2 Copies of the 3129 Affidavit
6 Copies of description of Property (must state whether or not property is improved)
Sheriff Return * for each Defendant (If being personally served) and Posting (we will send returns if you call & request them).
IF WE CANNOT READ THEM EVERYTHING WILL BE RETURNED

It is your responsibility to serve all lien holders and send us a copy of the affidavit.
ALL SALES ARE HELD IN THE PIKE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, COMMISSIONERS MEETING ROOM, 506 BROAD STREET, MILFORD, PA 18337.
THEY ARE HELD ON WEDNESDAYS AT 11:00 AM AND ARE SCHEDULED ONCE A MONTH FOR A SCHEDULED DATE AFTER OUR OFFICE RECEIVES ALL NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS.
NO SALES ARE SET IN ADVANCE!!
ANY PAPERS RECEIVED BY THIS OFFICE WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE FEES & REQUIREMENTS WILL BE RETURNED!! SERVICE WILL NOT BE MADE WITHOUT THE CORRECT FEES!!
