Marriage License Information
- FEE: $ 32.50 CASH ONLY!
- Appointment is required.
- Both Applicants must appear in person on day of appointment to sign the application and present a valid driver’s license or photo I.D. for identification.
- Original signature is required on application.
- If either party has been divorce, applicant must present a Certified Copy of their Divorce Decree.
- If there is a three (3) day waiting period after which either applicant can pick up the Marriage license or have an additional party do so.
- License is valid within 60 days from the date of application and applicants must marry within the State of Pennsylvania.
- No Blood test is required.
