The Pike County Sheriff’s Office recently received a generous donation of safety equipment from the United States Deputy Sheriff’s Association.

Pike County Deputy Marceca successfully applied for two portable breath test units to help combat underage drinking and drunk driving, and seven Streamlight Stinger flashlights to be installed in patrol vehicles.

“Deputy Marceca recently completed grant writing training through the Penn State Justice and Safety Institute, and it’s already paying off!” said Pike County Chief Deputy Jason Cameron.
