Pike County Implementable Comprehensive Plan: Final Plan Draft Community Collaboration Meeting- April 24th

Following an extensive planning process, the Imagine Pike County 2035 Comprehensive Plan Final Draft has been released.

The County is hosting a Community Collaboration Meeting on Wednesday, April 24th from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Pike County Training Center, 135 Pike County Boulevard, Blooming Grove, PA 18428. The purpose of the meeting is for the public to learn about the planning process, plan recommendations, and plan adoption process, and to provide feedback on the final draft plan.

Following a brief presentation, there will be an open house with stations to review each of the plan’s Focus Areas. The County updates its comprehensive plan to provide a framework for future growth, development, and preservation activities. The Comprehensive Plan Update utilizes the PA Department of Community and Economic Development Implementable Plan model to create a plan that is actionable and measurable.
